1 General Provisions

six666 is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other interactive entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between six666 and its users.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using any service of the six666 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms must be read together with six666's Privacy Policy, as both documents together form the complete framework governing the collection, storage and use of user information. In the event of any conflict between the two documents, these Terms will take precedence.

six666 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms at any time. If a user continues to use the platform after changes are made, they will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Membership and Account Registration

A personal account must be created to access the full range of services on the six666 platform. During registration, users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Choose a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to the six666 support team immediately.
• Changing personal information on an account requires going through an identity verification process.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

six666 may verify the identity of any user when required. For this purpose, a copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested. six666 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the six666 platform is 21 years (21+). Users must confirm at the time of registration that they meet this age requirement. Preventing minors from participating in gaming is one of six666's highest priorities.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, six666 may request proof-of-age documents at any time. If documents are not provided, or if a false age is proven to have been given, the account will be cancelled immediately and all balances accrued will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on six666 are handled entirely through Bangladeshi mobile financial services (MFS) and bank transfers. No cryptocurrency payments are accepted on the platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be flagged as suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other selected banks).
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

six666 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

six666 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus will be ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses are awarded to personal accounts only and are non-transferable.
• A new bonus will not become active until the wagering on the current bonus is complete.
• six666 may modify, pause or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If misuse of any promotion is detected, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds must never be considered as equivalent to real money — they are conditional incentives.

6 Gaming Rules

The six666 platform offers slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting and various other game categories. Each game category has its own specific rules, described in detail on the relevant game page.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is entirely independent and unbiased.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical fault, the stake for that game will be returned.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the result is saved and can be viewed afterwards.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled the stake will be returned, though exceptions may apply in accordance with applicable rules.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each game and betting market. These limits are shown in the game interface. six666 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six666 platform. Strict action, including account cancellation and balance forfeiture, will be taken against anyone who violates these prohibitions:

• Operating multiple accounts or collecting bonuses under multiple identities.
• Exploiting game bugs, technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to hack the system, steal data or committing any other cybercrime.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Gaining an advantage in games through bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

six666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
• If evidence of fraud, deception or illegal activity is found.
• If a cybersecurity risk arises.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the six666 support team. The account will be closed after all pending transactions have been completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

All games and services provided through the six666 platform are offered on an "as is" basis. Under no circumstances will six666 be liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with the user's device.
• Delays caused by the failure of third-party service providers (such as payment gateways).
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, cyberattacks or any other uncontrollable event.

six666 always strives to ensure a safe and uninterrupted service, however six666's liability will be limited in the event of temporary disruption due to technical reasons.

10 Changes to Terms

six666 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or a notification on the platform.
